As of this morning at the gym, I have dropped 71 pounds. That takes me down to 247 from my high of 318. I haven’t had any complications since the first bought a few weeks ago so I am really happy with the progress. I’ve been to the gym every day for the past two and half weeks with a 3 mile walk on the Saturdays for good measure. Only about 30 more to go for first goal, then we tackle the tough parts of getting down to 200.

Glad to hear things are working out for you. I'd offer to be your exercise buddy but for the distance between our two homes and the requirement that I, too, exercise. ;)
You could meet us for the 3 miler in the morning... 630 am! :)
